An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Asset Services department as an Age Friendly Caretaker to work on our “Extra Care” and “Age Friendly” schemes. For the right person we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme and 25 days’ holiday, increasing to 30 days with length of service.

The successful candidate will adapt quickly to change and take on any challenges that come with working in a small but busy team. We are looking for someone who is able to self-manage, prioritise their workload and work under minimum supervision. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is a team player which can meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
